Michael A. Bergamini
Michael’s diverse experience enables both his individual and business clients, no matter the size, to obtain streamlined, practical advice on a wide array of legal issues.
A lifelong Marylander, Michael brings over a decade of versatility and experience to the WHH team.
As part of his real estate practice, Michael routinely drafts the instruments necessary for residential, commercial, and mixed-use projects, ranging from major developments to infill lots, with a particular emphasis on front foot declarations and homeowners association declarations.
Michael’s litigation experience allows his clients a single point of contact for both their drafting needs and their subsequent enforcement of these instruments.
Michael’s prior experience ranges from the large – representing Fortune 500 companies in multi-jurisdictional products litigation at an AmLAW 100 firm – to the small – representing Maryland utility companies and small developers at a firm of only three attorneys.
Michael has drafted hundreds of land instruments, and his enforcement of these instruments has led him to litigate at all levels of Maryland courts, including appellate courts, where he has lead experience representing both utility company clients as well as serving as counsel for amicus curiae for one of Maryland’s largest industry associations.
Michael graduated from the University of Maryland, College Park in 2006 and from the University of Maryland School of Law in 2010. He resides in Howard County with his wife and two sons.
